Vice President Yin Jingwei and Academician Gu Min unveiled the key laboratory of "Ocean Photonic Materials and Device Physics" under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and issued appointment letters to all members.

  The attending experts listened to the reports of Liu Zhihai and Zhang Jianzhong on the construction work of two key laboratories, and visited the key laboratories, fully affirming the achievements made by the laboratory.
