Personal Profile

Yin Wenping, female, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, and Master’s Supervisor.

She obtained her doctoral degree in Energy Science from Sungkyunkwan University (TOP 100 globally) in South Korea in 2017.

She has successively studied and conducted scientific research at internationally renowned academic institutions including Lund University (TOP 100 globally) in Sweden, Monash University (TOP 60 globally) in Australia, and the Australian National Institute for Exciton Science, and was awarded the qualification of Doctoral Supervisor at Monash University.

She officially joined the International Joint Research Center for Nano-Optics and Metamaterials, Qingdao Innovation and Development Base of Harbin Engineering University in 2023. Her main research focuses on optoelectronic devices such as photovoltaics, sensing, and displays based on hybrid semiconductor materials. After graduation, as an independent Principal Investigator (PI), she has presided over or participated in the management of 2 national-level major scientific research projects, 2 provincial and ministerial-level projects, and 2 university-level scientific research projects, and was awarded the title of *Shandong Provincial Excellent Overseas Young Talent* in 2024.

She has been invited to organize and host 5 international seminars and serve as Session Chair. To date, she has published 25 papers (total impact factor: 267, with >1700 citations), with an h-index of 18 and the highest single-paper SCI citation of 428 times.

These papers are published in top international SCI journals including *Energy & Environmental Science* (IF 39.7), *ACS Energy Letters* (IF 23.9), *Nano Energy* (IF 19.1), *ACS Nano* (IF 18.0), and *Advanced Functional Materials* (IF 19.2).

Research Interests

Third-generation new energy photovoltaic devices, optical sensing of emerging pollutants, flexible perovskite devices, hybrid semiconductor materials, novel quantum dot fluorescent materials, and research on ultrafast optical mechanisms.
