On March 6th, Gong Xiuli, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiamusi City, Wang Tao, Deputy Director, Guo Shike, Deputy Secretary-General, Shi Yawei, Deputy Mayor of Fujin City, Jiamusi, Zhang Lufeng, Chairman of Heilongjiang Jintai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., and other members of the delegation visited our university for investigation. Li Rongsheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, met with the visiting guests. The two sides had an exchange and discussion and signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement. Meng Ting, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physics, and Liu Zhihai, Dean of the school, accompanied the investigation.
Li Rongsheng extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation. He pointed out that our university has significant advantages in discipline construction, scientific research innovation, and other aspects. He hopes that in the future, we can work hand in hand with excellent enterprises in Jiamusi City, share resources, and contribute to jointly promoting the development of local science, technology, and society in Heilongjiang Province. Gong Xiuli expressed sincere gratitude for the warm reception by the university and hoped that this investigation could serve as a starting point to continuously promote in-depth cooperation between the two sides in more fields.
At the meeting, Liu Zhihai and Zhang Lufeng signed the cooperation agreement for the "Research and Development Center of the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Harbin Engineering University - Heilongjiang Jintai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd." on behalf of the two sides. The signing of this cooperation agreement has laid a solid foundation for the in-depth cooperation between enterprises in Jiamusi and our university.
Subsequently, Gong Xiuli and her delegation also visited the Memorial Hall of the Military Engineering College of Harbin and the Key Laboratory of Fiber Integrated Optics of the Ministry of Education.
