The unveiling ceremony of the "Joint Innovation Center of Wuxi Airport Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu and the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering of Harbin Engineering University" was held in Wuxi Airport Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu. Chen Weiliang, the secretary of the Party Working Committee and the director of the Management Committee of the Airport Economic Development Zone, attended the event and unveiled the plaque for the Joint Innovation Center together with Gao Feng, the Party secretary of the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering. Lu Bin, the deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Airport Economic Development Zone, Ji Yaofang, a member of the Party Working Committee and the deputy director of the Management Committee of the Airport Economic Development Zone, and Tao Liqing, the general manager of Kuangsheng Technology Co., Ltd., also attended the event.

Subsequently, the unveiling ceremony of the "AI Joint Innovation Laboratory of Wuxi Kuangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. and the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering of Harbin Engineering University" was held. Tao Liqing, a graduate of the class of 2000 from our college and the general manager of Wuxi Kuangsheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Gao Feng, the Party secretary of the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, jointly unveiled the plaque for the AI Joint Innovation Laboratory. Nurtured by the Wuxi Airport Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu, the project of "Development and Application of the AI Digital and Intelligent Rural Platform Based on End-Edge-Cloud" by Wuxi Kuangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. was shortlisted for the "Flying Phoenix Talent Program" for entrepreneurial talents in the zone in 2022 and was publicized as an entrepreneurial talent project of the "Taihu Lake Talent Program" in 2023.
